Nordic walking is a full body exercise that’s easy on the joints and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Regular Nordic walking can lower your risk of chronic illnesses such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, asthma, stroke and some cancers. It can also be used as part of an exercise programme to lose weight, improve fitness and tone the whole body.
We meet every Wednesday and Thursday morning, come rain or shine at 8am outside the Erpingham Arms Pub. We are a very chatty and friendly bunch of people. Why not come and join us and give it a go? Fitness, friendship and fun in one activity !!!!!
